- Discord ID and username
- Match participation data (registration, scrims, leaderboards)
- User-generated content (lobby names, custom maps)

2. How We Use Data

We use this data to verify account ownership, register players for scrims and tournaments, generate leaderboards, provide analytics, and prevent abuse or unfair play.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may only be shared with:

• Discord (for authentication and communication)
• Hosting providers (e.g., MongoDB, servers) for storage
• Admins/helpers who manage scrims and lobbies

4. Data Retention

Registration and match data are stored only as long as necessary to run events. Registration and match data are retained for up to 12 months unless deletion is requested sooner. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to the data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your data
